Rob Herold’s journey with Chick-fil-A spans over 24 years, beginning as a team member and progressing through various leadership roles before becoming an Owner/Operator. His deep passion for leadership development and business growth led him to create the Climb Leadership Program—an opportunity for aspiring leaders to gain real-world experience, develop high-impact leadership skills, and take the first step toward entrepreneurship or corporate leadership.
