If selected, candidates receive an application and schedule a Topgrading Virtual Interview to
review their application.
Successful candidates complete DISC and Working Genius Assessments and are invited for an
in-person interview, with up to $400 in travel reimbursement to visit the area and the restaurant.
Selection decisions are made after the in-person visit, and a one-time relocation stipend of up to
$1,000 is provided for those who accept the offer.
