Your Role as a Leader

As a participant in the Climb Leadership Program, you will be hired as a Shift Manager at Chick-fil-A Bowie Marketplace. You will be expected to:

  • Learn all aspects of restaurant operations, including kitchen, front counter, drive-thru, and catering.
  • Run shifts with confidence, leading and inspiring team members to perform at a high level.
  • Develop problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Coach, mentor, and drive results, ensuring a remarkable guest experience.
  • Model servant leadership and operational excellence, setting the standard for your team.

This is not just a leadership training program; it is a high-impact management role where you will lead teams, develop business acumen, and gain hands-on experience in running a successful restaurant.

Program Duration

Minimum of 18 months, with a goal of reaching self-employment or leadership roles within Chick-fil-A’s high-profile development programs within three years.
