HammerZone runs Baseball & Softball Summer Camps and School Holiday Day Camps for kids on school breaks, plus specialty fitness camps focused on speed & agility, throwing velocity, and mobility & recovery.
The School Holiday Day Camp is built for ages 7–12, with campers grouped by age and skill level so everyone gets level-appropriate instruction.
Campers rotate through hitting, fielding, and throwing stations, compete in HitTrax and pitching-machine challenges, and mix in speed and agility work throughout the day.
