HammerZone Sports’ Small Group Training builds strength, speed, agility, and toughness in athletes from 3rd grade through high school. Our age-based tiers, Single A, Double A, Triple A, and Majors, deliver expert coaching that gives your child the edge to excel in any sport.

Single A (3rd to 5th Grade)

The Single A program (3rd–5th Grade) is the perfect starting point for young athletes beginning their fitness journey. With expert coaching focused on foundational strength, agility, and coordination, your child will build confidence, mental toughness, and an injury-free base that translates to better performance in any sport — setting them up for measurable improvements and long-term competitive success.

Double A (6th to 8th Grade)

The Double A program (6th–8th Grade) is built for young athletes preparing to excel in high school sports and beyond. Through structured, expertly coached sessions that adapt to your child's pace, athletes develop the strength, speed, and conditioning needed to compete at the next level — while minimizing injury risk and building the mental toughness to push through tough competition with a clear competitive edge.

Triple A (9th to 12th Grade)

The Triple A program (9th–12th Grade) is designed for high school athletes ready to compete at the highest level. With a focus on strength, power, explosiveness, and speed, our expert coaches help your athlete outpace the competition, improve flexibility to reduce injury risk, and reach peak performance when it matters most — whether on the field, court, or in front of college recruiters.

Small group training combines the personalized coaching of one-on-one sessions with the energy, camaraderie, and motivation of training with teammates. Your child gets expert instruction in a competitive group setting at a lower price point than private training, making it an ideal option for parents who want high-quality performance coaching with the added benefits of peer accountability and team-style workouts.

Our small group training is offered in flexible monthly packages: $149 for 1 session/week, $249 for 2 sessions/week, and $349 for 3 sessions/week. Families with multiple young athletes receive a 15% sibling discount, making it easy and affordable to get every child in your family the training they need to succeed.

Absolutely. Small group training is one of the best ways to supplement team practice. While team practices focus on plays, strategy, and group drills, our small group sessions zero in on the underlying athletic skills — strength, speed, agility, conditioning, and injury prevention — that elevate your child’s performance across every sport they play, from baseball and softball to football, soccer, lacrosse, and beyond.

Your child’s first session begins with an assessment of their current strength, agility, and skill level, allowing our expert coaches to place them in the right tier and tailor workouts to their pace. Sessions are 1 hour long and include a dynamic warm-up, sport-specific conditioning drills, and strength or speed work.
